I don't even know what kind of character I'd want to play. I like magic users which would land me a character in the same boat as Ana/Paula/Kumatora... but EarthBound's non-PSI users have wild variety... and yet, GMing an EarthBound setting would probably be a pleasure for me

Once I wrote, but didn't make, a comic involving Ana learning SuperHealing (revives KO'd characters) and Lloyd calling her out for being the one who dies all the time rendering it useless. It wasn't funny.

This exchange is one of the better bits of writing in the game. If you can call it an exchange.

Not a very threatening status, do you know how many turns I’ve wasted to solidification?

Also you’ve inspired me to make and play a D&D campaign based on EarthBound, except I don’t have the slightest idea how to play D&D.
