Shadow Temple follows the Well as a favorite Zelda dungeon but for another reason: how explicit its purpose is. It's a combination torture chamber/catacombs. A REAL dungeon. Arbiter's Grounds kinda beats it out as a realistic prison though

This is when it occurred to me that OoT was the first game depicting a reality where Link didn't die in OoT

It should have been Nayru's Wind. Being aware of when to use it fits the wisdom motif better than courage. Not that Farore's Love would have made sense either, but at least one of them would!

It bums me out how not-that-useful the Silver and Golden Gauntlets were. They look badass.

Lizalfos are totally kobolds. Which makes dinolfos kobolds with breath weapons.

Maybe if I had the Spacesuit of Time

I'd previously assumed dungeons counted on the world maps' greater locations...

But nope! First dungeon. Whaddya know.

Iron Knuckles and Ganon would deal 16 hearts of damage per hit. Also... I think Deku Scrubs are just my second-favorite Zelda race after the Minish. I have taken plenty of excuses to draw them

It is impressive how many villain stereotypes Ganon embodies without becoming an uninteresting character.
