Most of the background ones are favorites too. But not all. Some are just there. Heliolisk is WAY up there on my list of favorites, but takes third in Normal and third in Electric at the same time.

I didn’t like Greninja at all at first. But from experience I’ve found I, and others as well, can grow to like Pokémon they think they don’t, or at least are indifferent about, if they end up stuck with it or pay more attention to it than normal for some reason. And I really wanted to like Greninja so I drew these. A little wrong. I had limited reference material. Oops.
Pokémon-Amie and the 3D animation in X&Y in general is dangerous. A friend who’s mostly into tough-looking pokémon like Kangaskhan and Emboar ended up getting really attached to his Aromatisse because of it.

The robot
There’s no glaze at all on the left side of the painting. It’s a lot less glossy. Honestly it’s a wonder Robo was /anything/ by the time the party got to 2300, he’s been inactive for 301 years
