Final Fantasy characters in SMAAAASH!! · Fighter/Warrior: Turkey. The main item of a traditional Thanksgiving dinner, as no FFI party is really complete without a Fighter. · Red Mage: Bread. Bread Mage Red Mage. There's a lot you can do with bread, you know. Toast it, soak it in gravy or butter or ice cream... your choice. The Red Mage, with above-average abilities in Black Magic and White Magic as well as ordinary weaponry and armor reflect this flexibility. · Black Belt/Monk: Tatoes. Mashed potatoes, the one part of Thanksgiving dinner you can't really mess with. You put gravy on it every year, exactly the same. BUT, that's one conservative tradition that's not totally apalling. Potatoes are good that way. Black Belts are like that. No frills or surprises. Just raw offensive power. · Black Mage: Pie. The best part of Thanksgiving. But baking one takes a while, and you have to wait for pie time. But eat pie too soon and you'll not be satisfying. Black Mages are just like that. At first, they're nothing, but when their time comes, they bear the best of the game. As far as SMAAAASH!! is concerned, the Thief and White Mage aren't Light Warriors (and by that I mean I don't use them in my FF party)... but I'll give them names anyway. · Thief: Beans. Now, beans aren't part of Thanksgiving dinner! Exactly. Also, for some, eating beans will cause you to regret it later, same as how you'll wish you hadn't chosen the Thief when he becomes a Ninja. Ew. · White Mage: Butter. White Mages in FF to me are like butter on toast. They're a nice additive but I don't NEED them. Maybe she's Bread's girlfriend? Er, is the Red Mage a girl? I made Bread look as gender-ambiguous as the Red Mage's sprite in the game! Oh my!
